JUDGMENT

The petitioner, a construction company, has filed the captioned writ petition, seeking to challenge the findings contained in Ext.P22 order issued by the 6th respondent.

2. I have heard Sri.Shashank Devan, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri.P.I.Davis, the learned Special Government Pleader (Irrigation), on behalf of the respondents herein.

3. This Court notices that as against the termination of the contract at the risk and cost of the petitioner by Ext.P13, the petitioner was before this Court in an earlier round of litigation by filing W.P.(C) No.21566 of 2017. In the afore writ petition, the petitioner has specifically pointed out that it is not challenging the termination of the contract, however, it took up the contention that the question as regards the delay in completion of the work can be attributed fo
