ORDER
The above Criminal Revision Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“be pleased to call for the records in S.T. No. 2447 of 2016 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Angamaly and Crl.Appeal No.446 of 2022 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Court – II, North Paravur and set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed against the revision petitioner in the above case and acquit the Revision petitioner or to remand the case to the court below for affording an opportunity for the revision petitioner to adduce further defence evidence.”

2. This Criminal Revision Petition is filed against the concurrent finding of conviction and sentence imposed on the Revision petitioner by the trial court and the appellate court. The Revision petitioner is the accused in S.T. No.2447/2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Angamaly. It is a prosecution initiated against the petitioner alleging offence punishable under Section 13
