2. This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay in filing the writ appeal. The present writ appeal is barred by 1065 days.
3. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that during the pendency of W.P(C)No.19158 of 2012, this Court had passed an interim order dated 22.01.2014. Being aggrieved, the appellants filed W.A.No .1022 of 2014, on the ground that the main reliefs were granted during the pendency of the writ petition without adjudicating the case on merits. The Division Bench dismissed the above appeal vide judgment dated 30.10.2019. Being aggrieved, the appellants thereafter filed R.P.No .558 of 2020 stating that no procedural irregularities were committed by them. Even before the adjudication of the review petition, the Hon’ble Single Bench closed the writ petition itself vide judgment 29.03.2022, confirming the interim order and observations in the review petition.
