ORDER

This bail application is filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).

2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.170 of 2025 of Maradu Police Station, Ernakulam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126 (2) and 115(2) r/w Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that the offences alleged against the petitioner are all bailable offences and that on 20.03.2025 itself petitioner was arrested and released on bail.

In view of the above, this bail application has become infructuous.
