Heard Mr. P.K. Ravi Sankar, learned counsel for Respondent No.1.
2. On 26 May 2025, the following order came to be passed:
“Mr.P.K.Ravisankar, learned counsel representing Silpa Projects & Infrastructures (I) Pvt. Ltd. points out that M/s Sargam Builders (P) Ltd. is in liquidation and that the Liquidator is prosecuting the cause. The learned counsel for the Liquidator is not present.
2. If none appears for the Liquidator on the next date, we may proceed on the presumption that the Liquidator is not interested in prosecuting the cause.
3. List in the week commencing from 14 July 2025.”
3. None appears for the Appellant – Sargam Builders (P) Ltd, which is under liquidation.
4. The appeals are accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
