ORDER

This bail application is filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.346 of 2025 of Nagaroor Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2) 351(2) and 324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor pointed out that petitioner had earlier approached this Court in B.A.No.6917 of 2025 and the same was dismissed as per the order produced as Annexure A3.

Since the petitioner's earlier bail application has already been dismissed and no satisfactory change of circumstance has been pointed out, I am of the view that this bail application is not maintainable.
