In these cases, W.A.No .78 of 2023 has been filed with a delay of 228 days. Having perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application to condone delay, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Hence, C.M Appln.No .1 of 2023 to condone the delay is allowed.
2. Heard finally with the consent of both the parties.
3. This batch of intra court appeals under Section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958, arises from the common judgment passed by the learned Single Judge dated 28.02.2022 in W.P(C)No.35302 of 2014 and connected matters, whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petitions.
4. Among these appeals, Writ Appeal No.801 of 2022 is the leading case, the prayers are identical to those in the other writ appeals filed by individual members of the association, therefore, they are being heard analogously and are being decided by this common judgment.
5. The appellants had filed the writ petitions with the following prayers:
