ORDER Dated this the 7th day of July, 2025 This transfer petition is filed by the petitioner under section 24 of CPC, for transferring OP 418/2025, pending on the files of the Family Court, Kasaragod, to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 25.09.2023 at the Rajapuram Registration Office, Kasaragod, as per the provisions of the Special Marriage Act. Subsequently disputes arising between them, and residing separately. The petitioner, being wife, filed O.P 1351/2024 for divorce and another O.P No.1397/2024 for seeking recovery of gold ornaments and money before the Family Court, Ernakulam, where the respondent already appears and contests the matter.
