ORDER
This bail application is filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).
2. Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.226 of 2025 of Cherthala Police Station, Alappuzha, registered for the offence punishable under section 420 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 .
3. The prosecution case is that the accused offered a job to the defacto complainant in U.K.and obtained an amount of Rs.11,46,848/- and thereafter failed to provide the job or return the amount and thereby committed the offences alleged.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the defacto complainant.
