JUDGMENT
Dated this the 24th day of June, 2025 The writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P9 representation expeditiously.
2. The 3rd respondent is a relative of the petitioner. He has carried out some unauthorised construction in his property, by encroaching into the property of the petitioner. Even though the 1st respondent found that the 3rd respondent has carried out unauthorised constructions, he has not taken any action in the matter. In the said background, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P9 representation before the 1st respondent on 08.11.2024. But, the same has not been considered. Hence, the writ petition.
3. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.
4. On a consideration of the facts and materials on record, especially that Ext.P9 representation is pending consideration before the 1st respondent since 08.11.2024, without expressing anything on the merits of the matter, I dispose of the writ petition by directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P9 representation, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 60 days from the date of production of a copy of this judgment, after affording the petitioner and the 3rd respondent an opportunity of being heard.
The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
