JUDGMENT
Dated this the 24th day of June, 2025 The prayers in this Writ Petition filed under Article
226 of the Constitution of India are as follows:
i) Call for the entire records leading to Ext-P5 order and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby command the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner’s Exts-P3 and P4 applications on merit and passed orders therein.
iii) Grant such other relief which is just and necessary in the interest of justice.
iv) To dispense with translation of vernacular documents;

3. The petitioner availed a loan from the respondent No.4 Bank. He committed default in re-paying the loan amount. Respondent No.4 Bank filed ARC No.8295/2014 before the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator passed an ex-parte award. The petitioner filed Exts.P3 and P4 applications seeking to set aside the ex-parte award and to condone the delay.
