JUDGMENT Dated this the 24th day of June, 2025 The petitioner states that he is a tenant in the building owned by respondents 5 and 6. The petitioner is running a Wholesale Fancy Store in the tenanted building for the past 11 years. Respondents 5 and 6 have recently been trespassing and causing nuisance to the petitioner. They are demanding the petitioner to vacate the building to lease it to another person unless the petitioner agrees to pay a higher ₹
rent, even though the petitioner is currently paying 42,000/-
without any default.
2. Respondents 5 and 6 have also been threatening the petitioner, his wife and his employees and have cut off the electricity and water supply to the building. Additionally, they drilled a hole in the building’s roof allowing rain to damage the products of the petitioner worth lakhs of rupees. Despite the petitioner having obtained Ext.P2 interim injunction order against respondents 5 and 6, they continue to trespass on the property and threaten the life of petitioner, his wife and his employees and obstruct peaceful conduct of his business.
