ORDER
Dated this the 26th day of June, 2025 Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.169 of 2020 registered at the Kattappana Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 360 (3) r/w Section 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act , now pending as C.C. No.1768 of 2020 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kattappana.
2. The crime is registered on the allegation that on 16.02.2020, mini lorry bearing registration No.KL 7 BJ 608 was parked on the middle of the road, without switching on the parking lights. As a result, the de facto complainant’s, motor cycle dashed against the parked lorry. This Crl.M.C. is filed aggrieved by the rejection of the petitioner’s application for further investigation filed under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C.
