This bail application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).

Petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.474/2025 of Meppadi Police Station, Wayanad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 105 r/w Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 [for short, ‘ BNS ’]. Initially the crime was registered under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023, and subsequently, the provision was altered to Section 105 of .
