This transfer petition is filed by the petitioner/wife and family member for transferring the O.P.330/2025, pending on the files of the Family Court, Thrissur, to the Family Court, Ernakulam.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the respondent filed petition O.P. No. 330/2025 for claiming compensation and other relief in the Family Court, Thrissur, against the petitioner. It is submitted by the counsel, the first petitioner married to the respondent. Their marriage was held on 26.12.2021, and now the petitioner No. 1 is staying in Germany for educational purposes, and the respondent is staying and working in Germany.
