O R D E R
The petitioner is accused No.6 in C.C.No.1 of 2015 on the files of the Court of the Additional Special Sessions Judge (SPE- CBI Cases)-III, Ernakulam. She filed Crl.M.P.No.151 of 2016 invoking the provisions of Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973. The Special Court dismissed that petition as per the order dated 09.06.2023. The petitioner is in revision challenging that order.
2. Petitioner and her co-accused are charged in the final report filed by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 7 , 12 and 13(1)(d) read with Section 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act , 1988 and Sections 167 , 201, 204 and 420 read with Section 12 0B of the Indian Penal Code , 1860.
