ORDER

Dated this the 11^th day of July, 2025 Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.679 of 2019 registered at the Cheranalloor Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 323 , 324, 341, 294(b), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code , now pending as C.C.No.231 of 2020 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-IX, Ernakulam.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute, which led to the incident and registration of the crime, is amicably settled and Annexure 3 afÏdavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent vouching this fact.

3. Learned Counsel for the 3^rd respondent also submitted that the dispute is settled and his client has no grievance against the petitioners.
