Dated this the 11th day of July, 2025 Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.679 of 2019 registered at the Cheranalloor Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 323 , 324, 341, 294(b), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code , now pending as C.C.No.231 of 2020 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-IX, Ernakulam.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute, which led to the incident and registration of the crime, is amicably settled and Annexure 3 afÏdavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent vouching this fact.
3. Learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent also submitted that the dispute is settled and his client has no grievance against the petitioners.
4. I heard the Learned Public Prosecutor also.
