J U D G M E N T
Dated this the 15th day of July, 2025 The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking protection against the high-handed action of the members of respondents 4 and 5, who regularly trespass into the workshop premises of the petitioner and threaten the employees, demanding payment of “Nokkukooli” for the unloading of raw materials, which is being carried out using mechanical process.
2. The petitioner submits that the complaints and representations made to respondents 1 and 2 have not yielded any result so far. The petitioner has just begun the business after getting allotment of the land by availing loan from the Banks under the Pradhan Mantri Employment Guarantee Programme (PMEGP) and has to make repayment of the same.
