JUDGMENT

The above writ petition (crl) is filed with the following prayers:

" i. To issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate Writ order or direction calling for the records leading to Ext.P5 and quash the freezing of the account No. 626605012172 with ICICI Bank, Kollam branch of the petitioner.

ii. such other reliefs as prayed for and deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court in the facts a n d circumstances of the case.

iii. Cost of the Writ Petition."

2. Petitioner is the company engaged in the tourism business, represented by Mr. Anoop M, Director of the company. This writ petition is preferred against the freezing of the bank account of the company, whereby the company is unable to operate its bank account, though there is no allegation against the company and the company is not an accused in the case. Hence, this Writ Petition (Crl).

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Public Prosecutor and also counsel appearing for the 5th respondent.

4. Notice is issued to respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4. The Public Prosecutor submitted that he got information from the respondent and submitted that necessary instructions were given to the Bank to defreeze the account because an amount
