This Original petition is filed by the petitioner for issuing direction to the Sub Court, Karunagappally, to dispose the I.A.No.1/2024 (Exhibit-P6) in O.S.No.17/2024 (Re-numbered from O.P.(Indigent)No.3/2020) in a time bound manner.

2. A report was called for from the Trial court, and a report dated 18.07.2025 received from the Trial Court, in which, it is sought for six months time to dispose the petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances,the application filed by the petitioner to dispose of I.A.No.12024 (re- numbered from O.P.(Indigent)No.3/2020) in O.S.No.17/2024 was filed for seeking permission to file the suit as an indigent person.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Court, Karunagapally, to dispose of I.A. No. 1/2024 in O.S. No. 17/2024 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
