O R D E R
This bail application is filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’). 2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.663 of 2025 of Adoor Police Station, Pathanamthitta, which has been transferred to and now pending as Crime No.779 of 2025 of Anchalummood Police Station registered for the offence punishable under section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).
3. According to the prosecution, the accused had, under a false promise of marriage, indulged in sexual intercourse with the de facto complainant and thereby committed the offences alleged.
4. I have heard Sri.K.R.Sunil., the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Smt.Sreeja V., the learned Public Prosecutor.
