Heard finally with the consent of both sides. The present intra-
court appeal under Section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act , 1958 assails the judgment dated 10.12.2024 passed in WP(C) No.42530/2024 whereby the learned Single Judge has disposed the Writ Petition filed by the appellant.
2. The appellant/petitioner had filed the Writ Petition praying for the following reliefs:
“I. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, compelling the 2nd Respondent to prioritize and expedite the pending proceedings in OP No. 349/2015, II.
