ORDER

The respondent in Review petition preferred CCP No.3 of 2023 before the adjudicating officer claiming compensation against the review petitioners. The claim was allowed partly by the adjudicating officer. Aggrieved by the same the review petitioners preferred REFA No.22 of 2024 before the Kerala Real Estate Appellate Tribunal and filed I.A.No.43 of 2024 with a prayer to waive the deposit amount to be deposited as per Section 43 (5) of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Act 2016”).
