This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 20.10.2023 in W.P.(C) No. 28126 of 2023.
2. By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the 4 t h respondent Assistant Devaswom Commissioner, the 5 t h respondent Executive Officer and also the Additional 24 t h respondent Station House Officer, Cherpulassery Police Station, to take necessary steps to ensure that no activity in connection with the inauguration of the newly constructed building of the CPI(M), Thootha Town Branch, scheduled to be held on
21.10.2023, takes place on the Devaswom land of the Thootha Bhagavathy Temple.
3. In the contempt case, it has been alleged that, in violation of the directions issued by this Court, the property of the Thootha Bhagavathy Temple was used for the inauguration of the CPI(M) party office on 21.10.2023. It is further stated that party
