The petitioner states that he is a devotee of the Manjippuzha Bhagavathi Bhadrakali Temple, Kollam. His grievance is that the party respondents are using the temple and its premises for activities that are unconnected with the temple. It is further alleged that the premises are being used for conducting mass drills, weaponry training, and Sakha sessions by respondent Nos. 11 to 19 and additional respondent Nos. 20 to 22.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, it was submitted before this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Devaswom Board that the Temple Advisory Committee of the Manjippuzha Bhagavathi Bhadrakali Temple had already been dissolved by order dated 14.05.2025. It is further submitted that the temple is now under the direct management of the Devaswom Board. It is also submitted that the Temple Advisory Committee shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Rules. The learned counsel further submits that since the Devaswom Board is now directly administering the temple, it shall ensure strict compliance with the stipulations and directions issued by this Court in G.
