This writ petition is filed by the respondents in O.A No.85 of
2024 on the files of the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench Kochi (hereinafter referred to as 'AFT' for short), challenging the order dated 29.07.2024, granting disability pension to the applicant.
2. The applicant, was recruited in the Indian Air Force on
