JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 5th day of August, 2025)

This Original Petition is filed by the petitioners for issuing direction to the Principal Munsiff Court, Thrissur to dispose of IA No.3/2024 in O.S.No.1908/2020 within a time frame.

2. It is submitted that the application was filed on

16.07.2024 seeking direction to the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Thrissur to call for all the records regarding the case, ST No.82/2017.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is necessary to issue direction to the concerned Court.

4. Accordingly, this Original Petition is disposed of.

i. The Principal Munsiff Court, Thrissur is directed to dispose the IA No.3/2024 in O.S.No.1908/2020 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

ii. Meanwhile, the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Thrissur is directed not to destroy the file in ST No.82/2017, if it is not destroyed.
