JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P18 proceedings.
2. The petitioner is presently working as Vice Chancellor, DY.
Patil Agriculture and Technical University, Kohlapur,Maharashtra after availing voluntary retirement from the Kerala Agricultural University, where he was working as an Associate Professor. While working as the Associate Professor, the petitioner was appointed as the Mission Director, State Horticulture Mission, Kerala and later assigned the additional charge of the Managing Director, Kerala State Horticultural Project Development Corporation (Horticorp), in addition to his normal duties. Later the petitioner was relieved of his duties of Mission Director in the State Horticultural Mission- Kerala and he was permitted to rejoin duty at Coconut Research Station,
