Plaintiff in O.S.420/1991 on the file of the Additional Munsiff Court-II, Kozhikode is the appellant herein. The suit was one filed by the plaintiff for permanent prohibitory injunction restraining the defendants and their men from trespassing into the plaint schedule property and interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same by constructing a compound wall on the boundary of the plaint schedule property.
