Heard C.M.Appl.No.1 of 2025 in Writ Appeal No.1459 of 2025 for condonation of delay. The appeal has been filed with a delay of 59 days. Having perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application to condone the delay, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made to codone the delay. Hence the delay is condoned.
2. This Writ Appeal is filed challenging the order dated
14.03.2025 rendered by the learned Single Judge dismissing I.A.No.1 of 2025 filed by the appellant in Contempt Case No.1936 of 2023 whereby he had sought to reopen and rehear the Contempt Case.
3. The Contempt of Court Case had been filed alleging non compliance of an interim order (Annexure A1) rendered by this Court on 10.03.2023 in I.A.No.01 of 2022 in RSA No.656 of 2022.
