JUDGMENT
The petitioners are retired employees of the 1st respondent Company. They superannuated on different dates from November, 2023 to April, 2025. They claim Gratuity and Privilege Leave Encashment benefits. Requesting for the relief, they have addressed the 1st respondent with Exts.P4 and P5 representations and seek early disposal of the same.
In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P4 and P5 representations after hearing the petitioners and with due reference to Exts.P6 and P7 judgments at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
