ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 22.11.2018 in O.P.(Ele) No.65 of 2012 passed by the court of the Additional District Judge - IV, Kollam.
2. The petitioner is the claimant in the original petition filed under Section 16 (3) of the Indian Telegraph Act r/w Section 51 of the Electricity Act . The respondent, the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., had drawn electric line through the property of the petitioner. In the original petition, the petitioner challenged the compensation fixed by the respondent. The order passed by the learned District Judge in this original petition is under challenge in this Civil Revision Petition. The main issues raised herein are:-
A) The assessment of the value of the yielding trees is not in conformity with the settled principles.
B) There is error in the fixation of the land value.
