JUDGMENT
This original petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against Ext.P4 order dated 18.03.2014 in I.A No.2242 of 2013 in O.S No.635 of 2009 on the files of the Court of the Principal Sub Judge, Kottayam.
2. The petitioner, the Plantation Corporation of Kerala Ltd. is the plaintiff in O.S Nos.635 and 636 of 2009, O.S Nos.2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43 and 44 of 2010 on the files of the Court of the Principal Sub Judge, Kottayam. The respondents herein are the defendants in the said suits. The respondents placed bids in an auction for the right to slaughter tap the rubber trees standing in various divisions of various blocks of the plaintiff’s estate at Thannithode.
