ORDER
This bail application is filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).
2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in Crime No.198 of 2025 of Kunnathunadu Police Station, Ernakulam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115 (2), 118(1), 296 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023.
3. Sri. Noushad K. A., the learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions submitted that the offences alleged against the petitioners are all bailable offences. It was also submitted though the second petitioner is shown in the FIR as 29 years old, investigation has revealed that he is a juvenile.
4. In view of the submission of the prosecutor that the offences alleged are only bailable, the apprehension of the petitioners for being arrested in a non-bailable offence is misplaced.
Accordingly, the bail application is closed.
