ORDER
This is an application for regular bail filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 .
2. Petitioner is the accused in O.R No.3 of 2025 of Narcotics Control Bureau, Cochin Zonal Unit. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under section 8(c) read with sections 22(c), 23(c), 28 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the NDPS Act').
3. According to the prosecution, pursuant to an information received on
04-03-2025 from the Kochi International Mail Centre, that a suspicious parcel is lying at their office, the officers of the Narcotics Control Bureau (for short 'NCB') reached the said Centre and inspected the parcel. The inspection revealed that the parcel which was sent from Leeuwarden, Netherlands, was addressed to Sri. Sachin Dev with the address as 'OXYGEN, Student Paradise (below hdfc), Thriprayar Trade Center, Poly Junction, Thriprayar, Thris
