JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
“1. Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, direction or order and to call for records leading to Exhibit- P2 advocate commissioner notice and quash the same as illegal, unconstitutional and issued without jurisdiction.
2. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the outstanding dues monthly instalments by way of 20 monthly instalments along with regular instalments after regularizing the loan account of the petitioner.
3. Issue such other writ, orders or directions, which this honourable court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case.”
2. This is the second round writ petition.
3. Earlier, the petitioner had filed W.P.(C) No.16147 of
2024, which was disposed of by judgment dated 30.05.2024, granting an instalment facility to the petitioner, which was not complied with. This writ petition also challenges the actions of the secured creditor, and therefore, on
