O R D E R
This revision is filed against the order dated
30.04.2022 in MC No. 98/2020 on the file of the Family Court, Vadakara. As per the impugned order, the Family Court granted maintenance to the respondents, who are the wife and child of the petitioner at the rate of Rs.7,000/- and Rs.2,500/- respectively. Aggrieved by the same, this revision is filed.

3. When this revision came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent remarried and she is not entitled maintenance. I make it clear that, if the 1st respondent remarried and there is no dispute regarding the remarriage, the petitioner need to pay maintenance to the 1st respondent only till the date on which the 1st respondent remarried. But, as far as the impugned order is concerned, I see no reason to interfere with the same. The Family Court found that the 1st respondent is living separately for sufficient reason.
