JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
“i. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the 1st respondent to reinstate and activate the petitioner’s Health Insurance Policy bearing Policy No. 14926501 with retrospective effect from the date of its cancellation, and to continue the same for a further period of one year, treating the policy as continuous and uninterrupted, without any break in coverage.
ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the 4th and 5th respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and to take appropriate action at the earliest.
iii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondents to reimburse ₹
the petitioner a total sum of 3, 53,816.67 (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen and ₹
Paisa Sixty-Seven only), comprising 1,79,942/- for Session ₹
II and 1, 73,874.67/- for Sessi
