ORDER
This bail application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).
2. Petitioner is the second accused in O.R.No.17/2025 of Karikulam Forest Station, Pathanamthitta, registered alleging offences punishable under Sections 2(16), 9, 39(1),(2),(3), 42, 43, 50, 51, 52 and 57 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act , 1972 [for short, ‘the Act’]; alleging illegal possession and trading of two Red Sand Boa, which is included in Schedule No.1 of the above Act.
3. I have heard Sri.P.T.Sheejish, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Smt.Sreeja V., the learned Public Prosecutor.
