JUDGMENT Dated this the 26th day of September, 2025 The petitioner states that he has 40% locomotor disability and he is suffering from a number of chronic diseases. The 3rd respondent found that the petitioner is eligible for getting free medical aid under AAY Scheme.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent has rejected the claim of the petitioner stating that the petitioner’s Ration Card record shows that he is a service pensioner and his name is not included in the health insurance scheme named Karunya Arogya Suraksha Padhathi. The petitioner is before this Court aggrieved by Ext.P5 order issued by the Superintendent of Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.
