The captioned writ petitions are on the issue of the construction of a residential apartment complex. WP(C) No.8301 of 2016 is pre- ferred by the owner of the property who entered into an agreement with the 2nd petitioner in that writ petition, for the construction of a muti-storied apartment complex. WP(C) No.27017 of 2021 is pre- ferred by the 2nd petitioner in WP(C) No.8301/16 for the issuance of a completion certificate and an occupancy certificate.
