This appeal is filed challenging the order dated 18.10.2023 in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.198 of 2023 of the Subordinate Judge’s Court, Ernakulam along with order dated 09.01.2024 rendered in a Review Petition(R.P.No.4 of 2023) filed in the said I.A.
2. Appellants are the respondents in the I.A./R.P. and the defendants in the O.S. Respondent herein is the plaintiff in the O.S. and was the petitioner in the I.A./R.P. Parties are hereinafter referred to as per their status in the O.S.
