JUDGEMENT

(Dated this the 25th day of March 2024) The petitioner applied for the post of System Administrator (Electronic Data Processing) issued by the 1st respondent on 29.02.2020. The minimum qualifications required to apply for the post are:

1. B Tech in Computer Science/MCA or Equivalent.

2. Minimum 5 years experience as a System Administrator.

2. The petitioner was called for an interview and appeared for the interview. The petitioner was directed to produce the originals and self-attested copies of the documents establishing the eligibility for the post for verification. The petitioner produced Exts.P3 to P4(a) certificates to prove that he has sufficient experience as required in Ext.P1 notification. It is a case of the petitioner that during verification of the documents, it was pointed out to him that Ext.P3 and Ext.P3(a) experience certificates do not qualify him, and as such, separate certificates describing job particulars are to be produced. The petitioner, therefore, obtained Ext.P4 and Ext.P4(a) in continuation of Ext.P3 and Ext.P3(a). On 25.08.2021, the 1st respondent published a list of 17 candidates as a main list. The petitioner’s name did not appear in Ext.P
