ORDER
This bail application is filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNSS ’).
2. Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.1014 of
2025 of Hosdurg Police Station, Kasaragod, registered for the offence punishable under Section 318 (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023.
3. This bail application was filed apprehending arrest in an unknown crime.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that petitioner is involved in the aforementioned crime. It was also submitted that petitioner has no specific role in the alleged crime, as per the investigation conducted so far and that an amount of Rs.60,000/- alone was transferred to the account of the petitioner by the de facto complainant, that too under the direction of the first accused. It was further submitted that petitioner ought to cooperate with the investigation.
