JUDGMENT
This writ petition was filed by the petitioner aggrieved by Ext.P1 order of the first respondent/Maintenance Tribunal, by which the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance ₹8,000/- each per month to his parents, who are respondents 2 and 3 herein.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration on
22.09.2025, this Court directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre attached to the District Court, Thrissur, for mediation on 09.10.2025. Accordingly, the parties appeared for mediation and the matter was settled between the parties. The mediator forwarded to this Court the mediation agreement dated 10.10.2025 entered into between the parties, wherein the petitioner agreed to pay an amount of ₹3,500/-
each per month to respondents 2 and 3 as maintenance.
In view of the Mediation Agreement entered into between the parties, the writ petition is disposed of, as follows:
