The petitioners seek regularisation in the post of Public Relation Officers in different hospitals under the National Health Mission . It is stated that they have been working for more than 10 years. Seeking regularisation, they have preferred Ext.P6 representation before the 2nd respondent and seek an early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6, after hearing a representative of the petitioners, at the earliest, at any rate within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The 2nd respondent shall consider the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Jaggo vs. Union of India and Ors [2024 KHC 6750].
