JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order or direction against Respondents 1 to 3 to see that the investigation against the 4th Respondent, Pursuant to Ext.P1, be done properly and to file the Final Report/ Charge Sheet within a reasonable time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order or direction against Respondents 1 and 3 to see that the investigation, pursuant to Ext.P1, be entrusted to or supervised by a superior officer of the 2nd Respondent.
(iii) To issue such other approach writ order or direction in favour of the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts, circumstances and the law involved in the case, including cost in favour of the petitioner.”
