JUDGMENT The writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 application submitted by the petitioner in Form 6 under Section 27A of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act , 2008.
2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader.
3. The learned Senior Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Ext.P3 application was allowed in favour of the petitioner on 13.05.2025. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
