JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a partnership firm and a registered A Class contractor under the Public Works Department. The petitioner was awarded with several works and the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition, is in respect of the work the petitioner carried out viz. NABARD RIDE XXIV 2018-19-Improvements to Vellamthanam Road from ch.o/000 to 5/850. Exhibit P8 is the tender notification dated 2.3.2019 and the petitioner submitted the bid on 20.3.2019. Exhibit P2 is the work order dated 14.6.2019. The dispute in this case pertains to the applicability of Ext.P1 Government Order, as far as the additional quantity of work carried out by the petitioner in excess of 25%.
