ORDER
The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.2067/2024 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Malappuram, which arises out of Crime No.1142/2024 registered by the Malappuram Police Station, Malappuram for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Section 192 , 353(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section
120(o) of the Kerala Police Act .
2. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 21.07.2024, the petitioner uploaded a video on the You Tube channel titled ‘Death due to Nipah or Virus or Some other reasons’ and made allegations that a boy reportedly suffered from dengue fever and amoebic encephalitis and raised question about the accuracy of the cause of death.
